In this surreal piece, the oversized pitcher sports a variety of blues, including shades of Byzantine Blue, Cerulean, Electric Blue, and Duke Blue, the bouquet's leaves arrangement included. Set against a background of muted pinks and yellows, the color blue (in all its shades) evokes feelings of calmness and serenity. It also suggests stability and reliability. Communicating these anchoring emotions to the viewer is my intention in this piece.
